“I have been a member of the CFCU Wixom location for a couple of years now and it is fantastic, aside from one bankteller. He has been continually rude to me every time I have had him helping me out. I am a younger woman and I feel as though he does not respect me at all. I have noticed how differently he treats male customers, my dad included, who had this bank teller help him out through the drive thru while I was in the car and was treated significantly better than I usually am (I offer the same kindness as my dad). On my most current visit there I was depositing cash, and he made an incredibly passive aggressive comment about how all of my bills weren’t facing the right way, when I have come in there countless times before without having to do so and even if he wanted me to, there was definitely a nicer way of saying it. I apologized, and he said nothing. He then kept noticeably sighing which is so petty. I love this bank, and I think it’d be a better place for everyone if these concerns were brought to attention.”

“I've been a member for 30 years and this branch is hands down the best one I've ever been to. When giving out raises this year, this branch staff should get a raise across the board. Josh is doing the lords work by having to deal with myself and my family. The branch decor was improved greatly this year when they replaced the eye sore of a missing mini fridge in the lobby with a brand new, working, somewhat stocked mini fridge of water. Studies have shown that 10% more loans are originated when there is a full service coffee bar in a bank lobby - something to think about for 2025 branch investment allocations. Seriously: A big thank you to the entire Wixom branch staff for all of their extra effort, constant patience, and general upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work!”
