“First time to attend a live CE here and I was very impressed at the facility. Clean, white marble steps welcome you at the entrance. The conference room is large and I was floored by how good the New York strip dinner was. Also, the ladies restroom was very clean and beautiful. Lots of parking available. Highly recommend this place!”
“Reviewing for the tour of the place. They were professional and on time. We were in a group of 3 doing the tour. All concerns was addressed and she took the time to talk to each couple in case some are shy to speak their concerns and questions in a group manner. Everything was set up as if you purchased the basic package and it was better than most if not all basic packages.
Will do more review once the planning of the wedding starts”
“The most luxurious experience while also feeling so at home! Everything was perfect. From the softest sheets ever slept on, to the cozy and stunning atmosphere of the common areas, to the delicious and thoughtful spread at mealtimes, to the proximity of such a quaint downtown experience that met every mood, I didn’t have one complaint and could have stayed there forever. The details of the inn are to die for and the view of downtown from the Starling was right up my alley. Robyn was the best host and I can’t wait for my next visit.”

“Delicious and a great way to enjoy a relaxing evening. Even though it's in a building called Vistatech, it is still part of Schoolcraft College. This is the Schoolcraft College Brewery. The students learn how to brew beer. It is then served in their brewery. I consider myself an "old school" IPA Drinker. The Haggerty IPA was delicious. The brewery is quiet, relaxing, very clean, fun, and friendly. We had the pretzel bites they were very good. The table next to us had the burgers and they looked delicious. I plan to go there many times over.When we drove all over campus looking for signs and asking everyone where it was. None knew where this Brewery was. Maps on Google guided us to the right place.”

“This particular Hyatt has been open for a while. The surprising thing is, they operate with the same appreciation for their guests as if they were a new hotel. They are kind, helpful, attentive. Their towels are still fluffy!! I was pretty surprised to find out they had been open for quite a number of years and still maintain their hotel so well. Great location, lots of parking. A very clean room. Was a great experience and happy to find another hotel location we will definitely want to visit again :)”

“We took our third and fourth grade classes on a field trip. We spent the morning in the school house. Greenmead provided us with reference materials and period texts so that we could present lessons from the 1920s. Of course, we actually spent a great deal of the time answering the children's questions about what school was like back then! Fortunately, I was adequately prepared from having read the material, and one of our chaperones was also quite knowledgeable about one-room schoolhouse! It was the best sort of experience, where the children could lead their own learning!
Then we toured four of the buildings on-site, and the docents were highly knowledgeable and great with the kids. Everyone from planning to the end of our trip was friendly, helpful, and organized. We had time constraints because of when the bus had to be back to do its normal route, so we could not stay as long as I would have liked, but everyone helped keep us on schedule!
I highly recommend a trip to Greenmead. It's much more focused and personal than a trip to Greenfield Village, and less walking!
If you're just taking a tour on the weekend, definitely go!”
“I had an amazing time at All Star Lanes! The whole experience was so much fun from start to finish. The jumbo LED screens add a whole new level of excitement to the bowling, making the atmosphere feel even more energetic and high-tech. The place is super clean, and I was really impressed with how well-maintained the bathrooms were—definitely not something you always find in busy places like this! The vibe is fantastic, too. It has a great mix of upbeat music, friendly staff, and a lively but not overwhelming atmosphere. Highly recommend it for a night out with friends or family!”

“We have visited this hotel probably 4 times since moving here 5 years ago. The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and friendly during the ice storm a year ago (2023) and seriously made my life feel a little less dramatic for a moment. They do have a pool that isn't heated which is sort of like taking an ice bath, but I have to say that they also serve continental breakfast in the mornings and all the other positive things outweigh the pool hands down. We tell everyone who comes to visit us to stay here!”

“Debra was a rock star! She was the breakfast attendant and made sure everything ebbed and flowed like it should. She even asked guests if they needed anything and brought food to them when asked. She is amazing! Y’all got a real gem on your hands. The breakfast was hands down one of the best I’ve seen in hotels

“Just had an amazing afternoon at Novi Putting Edge! The course is colorful and spotless. The black light really makes it a vivid sensory experience. Timothy was our guide and helped us understand how the reservation system worked and was an enthusiastic ambassador for our visit. He was just as enthusiastic when our five year old grandson used his tickets from the arcade to collect his prizes.”

“We decided to stay at the Sheraton for the points. For the price point, the hotel rooms are very nice and well maintained. Staff here are outstanding. I was in the middle of a very important project and my mouse just died. I went downstairs to see if they had any batteries for sale. They didn’t, but the front desk manager made it happen for me. I am so, so grateful that they were able to help me out.
The location is pretty central to a lot of places in Novi. Check in is super easy and there’s no parking fee, which is great. I would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.”
“People make the difference, and this location has great people. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay for a baseball tournament. However, I made a horrible traveler's mistake and left a backpack with a laptop in the room when I checked out. When I called, in a panic, Ali, from housekeeping, had already brought my bag to the front desk. Sarah at the front desk took care of everything from there. We emailed a shipping label to her, and she took care of it from there. When you have people that will help you out in a pinch even after checkout you found the right place to stay.”

“The best thing about this hotel is their food service!
Good breakfast with a big variety of food. The food area was very clean, and organized. The tea and coffee area was wonderful! The hot water, variety of teas, creamers etc was very nice.
The hospitality was amazing, and the employee Elham was the sweetest and kindest person!! She greeted me and others every morning, made great conversation and worked hard to keep things wiped down, restocked and tidy. Elham would be my reason to return here to stay while I'm traveling on business. Thank you Elham for being so amazing! Holiday Inn Express, you are fortunate to have her on your staff!! Thank you!”
