“I have a business account with citizens and I came here yesterday to do a deposit at the atm machine. It wouldn’t give me the option to deposit so I called inside to ask if the machine does deposits at this location. The machine must have been down and I had a car full of toddlers. Delia went the extra mile and told me to pull up front so she could run outside and grab my deposit. Seriously best customer service ever!”
