I absolutely will not go anywhere else for urgent care. This facility is clean, they are efficient, and the staff members are kind. I love that they have the capability to do X-rays in office so we don't have to go to the ER, and they are always fairly quick.

Made an “appointment” for 12:20. Got called back at 2:35. Shouldn’t be over a 2 hour wait with an appointment. Was told appointments aren’t actually appointments, they just hold a spot for you. So why offer “appointments” if walk ins get priority over you?
