Walk in the gentleman by the door let me know they didn't have what I needed. Then I told him to have a nice day and left. Glad he was right as you walked in to help.

This particular Famous Footwear is a gem. Not only have Dan and Jeff provided me with the utmost incredible customer service every time I shop here, they make me feel like a part of their family. I consider them the brothers I never had.

the staff was friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back and the only reason why I gave it a 4 star rating was because I found a shoe box with one shoe
