While I was checking out to buy my shoes, I asked if after I walk out the door the shoes were mine? She said absolutely not. If I wasn't ? satisfied, I could return them within a generous amount of time period and Either exchange or get a refund. I Love these new shoes I would recommend this business to Anyone who Wants a good pair of Name brand shoes at an Extremely Good price. I hope that this helps”

“If your going to this location ask for Jenna to help you .She help me get the right fit and the right style for my brothers wedding ,Took time with me, had me try on different sizes and colors. Most importantly made sure I felt comfortable in what I was wearing, not just rushed out the door She even took the time to ask my wife what she was wearing. She wanted to make sure we would match and if you know me. I would of never know to do that .You def do not find people that care anymore but this sales women knew her stuff and was great at her job . What a pleasure to shop with her.”

“I hadn’t been to Cinemark in years. I went to see The Color Purple in XD on 1/3/23 for the 7:45pm show. I purchased 3 tickets for $38 and spent $40 at the concession stand. Everything was okay until we started watching the movie and the bulb went out 30 mins into the movie. Management was apologetic and they gave us a refund and a voucher. It was just disappointing because it was the last night my sister in law was in town and I waited to see it with her. Kudos to management for handling the situation the best they could. Customer Service was great even at the concession area.”
“Tried to EXCHANGE a belt for a different size, that I received it as a gift. Did not have a receipt, but the Denver Hayes clip was still attached. Was barely in the store, when a difficult 'sales associate' informed us that we would have to show ID and it was up to a manager if they would accept an EXCHANGE! Going to try again tomorrow. Hopefully this will be updated with better news. EDIT: Different day, different 'sales associate' much better result. They did not have the size I needed, so she looked at other stores stock and found 1 at the Devonshire Mall store. Went there and made an easy exchange. Would like to give the first associate zero stars and the rest of the team 5 stars. Overall 4.”
“So, even though there is a Puffer Reds right around the corner from me on Michigan in Ypsilanti, I prefer and recommend the one in Wayne on Michigan. It’s smaller and has less of a variety. Nevertheless, the customer service from the 2 young men there make it the biggest and best option for me. They will try to up-sale you (which usually annoys me). However, they also tell me all the stores offers and sales and help me compare prices and styles. I get a fashion history lesson and a fashion update. They make spending all my money fun. I enjoy it there!”
