Great store, always love coming to five below for everything and anything. Only down side I don't like is the self check outs aren't really self check outs. They have 8 total, and only 2 are open majority of the time and the cashier has to check you out because it's company policy now? It's the most dumbest thing I've ever heard, why have self check outs if we can't even check out ourselves? There's no point in having them. If that's the case bring back the check out counters and have more than 1 person working up front.

So I've been in this store multiple times, usually to grab a screen protector for my cell phone and some bottled water. But here is my issue, you get rid of the cash registers with clerks and add all these "self check out" registers (most of which are closed) but your worker (singular as in one) is checking out the customers at the self check out...how does this make sense?!? It is either one or the other, you can't have both! I feel like Five Below is getting as bad as Walmart and I do not shop at Walmart. If I have to prove I just checked out with a receipt, I will no longer shop at Five Below.

The employee rang me up on a self checkout. That made me feel uncomfortable as if she thought I would steal. Why have self checkouts if your employees are using it to ring customers up?

Out of stock on a few items I was searching for. The store was clean, and associates were friendly. I know the lot is shared, but it needs to be cleaned.

Went to check out but they only had self checkout lanes. There was an employee standing at the door near the checkouts. Since I was the only customer needing to check out I thought she would check me out. I then realized there was ONLY self check out spots. So she stood there doing absolutely nothing while I struggled to do my own checkout! I asked her when the employee Christmas party was. I do not like touching the dirty self check out machines and do not agree with this new nonsense. Will not be returning to this store

I love Five Below.. I was just here yesterday with my daughter and when I went to checkout at SELF checkout the cashier insisted she scan and bag everything. I thought that was super weird. Made me feel uncomfortable. Because she could’ve took me to a regular register. I’ve never had this happen to me at any store scanning at a self checkout.

I was helped by an employee named Cameron on Friday and he was extremely helpful and extremely kind. The store was very clean but I did think it was a little weird that the employees had to ring my stuff out at a self checkout. I would assume a self checkout means I can scan my own stuff but overall it is nice place and I enjoyed having a friendly worker in Cameron make my day better

I had a little ordeal today and received excellent service! Cameron and the other young lady this afternoon were extremely friendly and helpful during this whole ordeal. They treated the situation with nothing but kindness and warmth. When I came back to pick up my items, they had everything bagged up to go and made sure it was easy when I was leaving with my baby. It’s rare to see friendly faces in customer service and they were definitely brightening everyone’s day that was there!

I know i am old, but I really love Five Below. There are such a wide variety of interesting and inexpensive things there to alleviate any boredom you may have when you arrive.
