Mike at the Hertz car sales is an epic god. He and the team are so accommodating they even helped facilitate a Hertz car sale with out of atate Hertz location.
My man needs an award for. Going 1000%.

Tyree was very helpful in the process of buying my car. He explained the paperwork in a way I could understand. He has an excellent attitude and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. He gave me great customer service. Tyree made the experience of buying a car fun and easy, which is something I was not expecting. In my opinion, he should be sales person of the year. Tyree Malone is awesome!! Thanks again Tyree!!

We just bought a VW Jetta from Tyree. See him when you want to buy a car. He was attentive, kind and courteous. His knowledge of the cars was just what we needed.
The new management team including finance worked their magic to get us a great deal and we are happy with it.

Tyree and Mik were AMAZING. Look, I knew what I wanted and they didn't haggle me or anything. Tyree really understands wanting a car that you'd want for a while. If you do the research they aren't going to haggle they'll just get you set up. Super nice, super accommodating and personable. If you find a car here you like or are looking for a new one that's from rental place this is and should be your spot.

This place is the joke.I just recently learned after a very bad experience with the company that they are going bankrupt.And they will do anything to get your money with no promise to any deal or contract you have. Do not use this company , use enterprise. Furthermore do Not use priceline , neither one of those companies did anything to make up for not having a Reservation that has been paid for for over 2 months. $1100 in total. When asked for any kind of compensation neither one of these companies hurts or priceline wanted anything to do with helping us.

Car was filthy ,tank was almost empty and no windshield solvent ,the car smelled like marijuana ,
Then I was charged $52 for requesting a change in my rental which was charged to my account after I returned the vehicle ,you got me once ,you will never get my business again .smh .dont need an apology either your replys are just as sad as your poor business practices .a previous renters receipt was still in the car as well .imagine if I had crossed the border and something else was in the car ,try to explain that to a customs agent ,I would have called customer service except I don’t have an hour to spend on hold .tge one star I gave them was the lowest ,instead of making excuses for poor service ,how about do better for the next customer .

WARNING Scammers. I went to rent a car on Thur before a holiday. When asked how long I said Not sure maybe a week. He wrote it up at about 300. I asked about early return and was told they would recalculate the per day price when returned. I needed it 2 days and they were closed. I called Hertz and was told how to use the drop box, write all the info on the receipt and was told my total would be $100+. They charged me for the week Even though they had the car. I've been calling Hertz and them. NEVER Again, Enterprise is just down the road. Good thing I got a video showing the return also.

Great customer service! David Hardy is awesome. We only go to this location because he moved there. We have been renting monthly for over a year and we only like dealing with him.

I have always booked with Hertz, both personally and through my insurance company AAA. And I've always been happy, however, last year I rented a vehicle with Hertz that required me to put air in the tire every time I drove it and continuously had a check oil engine light on. The manager stated he would give me a deal the next time I rented, however, he was no longer there at the time of my next booking, which was fine I wasn't looking for a handout. But I booked a vehicle for this Saturday because I knew my car was going into the shop, but I was told that the vehicle had to stay at the shop when I took it in on Wednesday so I called Wednesday, finally was able to get somebody on the phone after 3 attempts and was told that there were no vehicles available to call back today, on Thursday. I have called probably eight times today then finally drove to the location where there was a handwritten sign on the door saying we'd be back soon. I do not know how long the sign was on the door but I do know that there were two people in the parking lot that were also waiting and had been there for quite some time and since I had attempted calling at least seven times, I would have to assume that it's been closed all day. So I'm currently without a rental and my vehicle has to be dropped off in the shop this evening. Now it is also too late to book with Enterprise. This location has been extremely frustrating to at least three customers, myself included but I failed to understand how it can continue operating in such a displeasing manner.

I had a very positive experience here and am switching from Enterprise. Staff and management very professional and overall I believe they're doing an outstanding job.
