Leaving for vacation we received a phone call from Enterprise telling us our vehicle was broken and they don’t have another one. In a panic we called Hertz Woodhaven and spoke with Dajuan who found us the exact SUV and had us driving in an hour! We are now on our way thanks to Hertz and their excellent staff.

Dajuan was such a help. I reserved for canton but Woodhaven is a lot closer to me. He made it a nice first time renting from hertz but Dajuan made it to where this is my new rental spot!!! I love atmosphere and the vibe is great his co workers are funny haha but I’ll b back next time maybe to buy a car!!!
