“I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

“This location is the location I will going to from now on. It's clean and the Manager James is amazing and so knowledgeable about the phones and how to troubleshoot them. I can finally check my voicemail again! I went in for a new phone and he was very helpful and so personable. He didn't try to upsell me or hassle me. He was patient and let me test out a new phone I wasn't sure about because it wasn't my first choice. Which was perfect because I loved it and ended up getting it. He also got my husband a good deal on a really nice tablet because they are currently having a back to school sale! If you're looking for an honest location with excellent customer service this is where you need to go.”

“Great experience at this Verizon store. Trevor went above and beyond to get me into my new iPhone. I would recommend this place to anyone especially if Trevor is there to help you. He answered all my questions ( if you know me there is usually a lot). He set up my new iPhone which was a bit of a challenge since apple disabled my Apple ID and my old iPhone was an 8. Then he installed the screen protector like a pro (which he is). Definitely go see him.”
