“I came in there 4/20/2026 after being lied to about company policy prior. I came in incredibly upset, with zero trust of the company after the way the Taylor staff forced me to fill out a credit application (I'm just an authorized user on the account not account holder), and forced me to add on products just to upgrade my phone. They told me these were company wide practices. Thankfully Woodhaven was a complete turn around. They were educational, kind, communicative, helpful, and patient. They helped sort out the mess and told me to return the products that I was told I had to take by the other store. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you guys again for everything ❤️”
