I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I had 2 tires delivered to the store. I made a 7 a.m. appointment and was first one there. It's 8:20 and I'm still sitting here along with the 4 people who came in after me and have not been helped yet. I will definitely not be back

The mechanic service itself is amazing!!!! The guy up front is very technically troubled even though it's his job to set up the jobs. He never answers the phone even when ringing non-stop.
