I have to start by saying you have the best staff in the whole wide world! You truly have to trust me when I say this seeing that I have been a tenant here for the past 12 years. I have never ever experienced a secretary that answers the phone every singled time your tenants call! At one point I had to call often because I had to allow maintenance into my home for a few days straight. Cynthia is amazing! She did not and donot fail at answering her phone at anytime. Micheal Oatman - Micheal is one of a kind! He addresses every issue that has arised since he has been our office manager. When he first became office manager my apartment was in the process of being upgraded. During the upgrade of my apartment Micheal kept in touch with me throughout the complete process. He let me know step by step what was happening and when it was going to happen. Not only did he keep in touch with me but Kim Krombeen kept in touch as well from a Corporate level. How amazing was that! Ms. Kim Krombeen is such an amazing person with a great personality and a good heart. She is so down to earth she makes it so easy for you to smile and feel comfortable as a person who happens to be talking to thier landlord lol. Once everything was done they both; Kim & Micheal met me in my apartment. They did a walk through with me and ask me are you happy? I was overy happy! I had new marble counter tops & a new dish washer. I had a new stove a new refrigerator and new bathroom marble counter top sink as well. Peppercorn did an amazing job! Once I told them I was completely happy with the work, then and only then did they relieve themselves of there duty to me. Peppercorn /

Last I would like to Welcome our newest amazing maintenance guy Miguel. Miguel you are an amazing person. You are so kind, so compassionate and so attentive to us as tenant's. I pray we donot loose you ? please keep up the good work! AND Thank you for your special cleaning job to our handicap parking are this morning Miguel ☺️ we didn't expect the snow but you were here for us! We truly appreciate you so much!

He treats his tenants so kindly, gets repairs done in a timely manner, calls and updates you on the status, and makes you feel comfortable when he is in your home. 10/10 stars for Eric!”

“Adam's Park Apartments is surprisingly calm and courteous. I've been living here for six years and I think it's the best place I've ever been. The only complaint I may have is that the housing commission requires routine checks of each individual apartment although forewarning is given. Usually about a week in advance. Also, the main smoke detectors in the hallways seem to be easily activated and then there's about a 15 minute wait for the whole place to finally shut up. ? That happens about once a month. The inspections are I think once every six months? Other than those two things this place is great. I'm really glad I took the time to fill out some damn paperwork for one of the best places I've ever lived.”

“We just applied for an apartment at woodfield and Jaleiah Holmes at the leasing office was absolutely amazing!!! Very informative, helpful and she even checked our income before running our application. I didn’t think anyone did that. She really tries to do what she can for potential renters to make sure time and money are not wasted. She also made it a very easy process and comfortable. In fact it was actually fun working with her. Also Extremely personable!!! Would definitely recommend for leasing inquiries! She’s awesome!!!”

“We absolutely love our life at Fulton Place. After living here for 6 months, I can confidently recommend this building. Management and maintenance have both been professional, friendly, timely and easy to work with. We've only had minor things that needed to be fixed, everything has been in quality shape. We appreciate the secure package room, locked entrance on nights and weekends, and locked elevator/stairwell at all times. We feel safe and secure here! The environment is friendly and welcoming, very clean - and we have been thankful of the COVID policies of this property. Close proximity to GVSU, downtown, food, bus lines, bridge street market. Beautiful windows, nicely sized bathrooms, in-unit laundry, up to date appliances, plank flooring, what isn't to love? Parking and the windows not opening are the only two drawbacks but we quickly got used to both and love living here.”
