He made me feel seen and heard and I really appreciated that! After describing what was going on and showing him the pipe I was working with, he helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and what I needed to correct the error. I was a die hard Menards gal, but no more! With Randy's help and knowledge I felt confident that I could finish this project and even start a new one-like replacing light fixtures!
