A lady was rude to my roommate when she tried to cash her check and told her she needed to forms of ID and my roommate had her wave card with her photo on it with her ID and the lady still denied. This happened at 4:30pm today.

Has one of the rudest bank tellers. After trying this branch a few times. It’s not worth the hassle.
