To that one young girl working register if a guest simply ask for a second opinion is not to make you look stupid or dumb don’t insist in your answer always been the right answer be humble I’ve worked customer service and it takes nothing if a guest kindly ask for a second opinion from ur co workers please don’t take it to heart.

I brought back a gift I bought my granddaughter. It was broken. The Marshall’s sticker was on it, but the price was taken off. I wanted an in store credit to get another toy. They wouldnt give me anything even though it didn’t work. I left it there, so I was basically ripped off $10. I will never shop there again!

This place is ridiculous, they won't take back a pair of shoes that were wrongly labeled sizing and, "guess what?" They didn't fit her, generally people will try on the shoes for fit and comfort but I guess that's not a thing anymore and we don't have that option now......because they say it's been worn.

I have a sales tax license which makes youexempt from paying sales tax for anything purchased for my business Told the cashier we were Tex exempt she tried to follow the instruction in the book so she had to call the manager who came and looked at my license and said where does it say on here that you are tax exempt. I said it’s in your hand it’s a sales tax license he said no it doesn’t say that on here even another employee told him that’s what they use for tax exempt he acted like he never heard her I said we just used it at Hone goods across the parking lot with no problem at all. He handed the sales tax license back and said you need a different piece of paper that says tax exempt. So Marshall’s owes me $7.43 for the sales tax I had to pay and you need to make sure all your managers are trained n this area because I fully believe had no idea what to do that’s why he totally ignored the employee that knew that the paper we gave him was all he needed. Do better please. This was ridiculous and seriously you owe me $7,43 !!!

Great cashiers but very weird people working the fitting rooms. The girl counted how many items I had and then a guy came running up to me grabbing my clothes from me and recounting it. Just a very weird interaction. I definitely won’t be coming back to this Marshall’s because it isn’t the first time the fitting room people have been weird and disrespectful.

Does this store not own a broom? Seriously what a dump. It’s hard to find a department store that takes pride in the appearance of their locations anymore. The amount of dust and dirt on the floors of the dressing rooms was ridiculous. There is no way this store gets cleaned and definitely no repairs being made given the cracked light fixtures in the dressing room. I would not recommend shopping at this location if you can help it.

I really like the selection of beauty and personal care items and found a perfume that I've been wanting for 12.99 instead of the $70 that I've found online elsewhere. I do think their selection of women's clothing could be better but I don't go there for clothing so it doesn't affect my desire to shop there. I do think the alpine location is the best however compared to Grandville.

Great selection of men's and boys' clothing. Many blankets and bedding selections to choose from. Excellent choices for pet toys as well.
Why 4 stars? It is very disorganized, trash as well as products on the floor. The dressing room was filled with clothes.

Checkout line was ridiculously long, 2 cashiers. I only had 3 small items I could get elsewhere, same price so I just left.

This store needs to be seriously cleaned. The fixtures were dirty, dust everywhere, and the floor were sticky and dirty. I would encourage to wash anything you get here.
The staff is professional. A client was upset because they were not able to make a return but the staff stayed calm.

Was in from out of town picking up a few things. Went to the checkout and was greeted by a very nice young girl i think her name was Ariana. Instead of just checking out my things like any other cashier would making no small talk or asking if I found everything ok. She was the opposite. She was very professional, polite, made small talk, asked if I found everything ok. (Which I did, thanks to her. For some reason I couldn't find the socks) but she helped me find them. In my day it was hard to find ppl that want to work, I'm sure it's even worse now. But Ariana is the complete opposite. You got a good one Marshall's!
