Carson and the team were incredibly helpful every step of the way—reliable, great communicators, and really skilled at helping me find the right style and fit. Alterations were handled quickly and professionally, and everything came together perfectly both times. Even though I live two hours away, I’ll keep coming back here for any suit I need. Can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“The staff were very friendly here, one girl (i did not get her name) was very helpful with helping me through the process of selling my clothes to them. The wait was not long at all (I went on a sunday early afternoon) and I received a pretty decent payout for the amount of items I took in. I do wish they told me why some of my items did not get taken though. I would 100% come here again”

I came leave to pick up my rock revival jeans and not only did they give me the jeans an hour ahead of when they opened but they did not charge me for delivery of the second pair that had not arrived yet with Federal Express. He listens to customers and knows what it takes for a repeat customer. Thank you.”
“Love Lands End. Been purchasing from them for over 40 years. Recently purchased 3 sets of sheets to use as gifts for grown kids in the future. Then saw that I could get them for a savings of $20 per set. I called to see if I could get a price adjustment. Was told that since it was over one week since order I couldn’t get a price adjustment but that I could return and reorder. I can and will do that but it is inconvenient for me and costly for them to process a return”

My type of store as I can pick up a casual pair of top notch jeans and a hoodie, or a pair of dress slacks with a button down and cardigan. Selection caters to adults trends but also has plenty of gear for youngster's who appreciate top notch quality! Most importantly, the Manager Frenchie is welcoming, helpful with suggestions, and understands the importance of Customer Service. When I need something, this shop is definitely towards the top! “No clue what the rest of you folks went through but my experience was the complete opposite. I came in on May 22nd after 3pm (I was stuck at work during the drop), already defeated, because I just knew in my mind they wouldn’t have the Bloodline Retro 12’s in my size (Very common size, mind you.). I walk inside, unknowingly talking to Wonder Woman in the flesh. Asked for my size, she went to the back for what seemed like 17 days 3 hrs and 32 mins, and miraculously had 1 left in stock, AND it was in my size! Jherney, you the one, not the two! Thank you! Yall got me all the way together 😎
PS: btw, this isn’t my first great experience in this store either, but this visit was special lol, thank you”
