“Above & Beyond expectations! Customer service could be their middle name. I arranged delivery of a pod - and got a text when there were near. The unit was dropped off exactly as I asked. The process was easy.
I ended up being one of those customers whose plans kept changing. And not once was I made to feel i was being a bother. That is rare! Once we were close to knowing when we wanted the unit picked up and moved to a new location all I needed was give them a call and it was arrange. And then when we decided over the weekend we wanted to switch the move from Monday to Tuesday that was no problem. And then when we wanted the final pick up day changed, that also was no problem.”
“These guys did a great job.They definitely got most of it on the first trip until I came in and inspected.They left a lot of things in the cabinets which I suppose I should have taken out.But anyways they did a great job and I recommend them to anyone.”

It was absolute chaos. Logan and Jackson were our movers and I cannot say enough about these two guys. They were hard working and wonderful, despite how crazy and chaotic things got. Pleas thank them for their dedication!”

“Van was right on time 11/26/18 to load despite overnight 11” of snow and day of delivery 12/1/18 it was pouring rain in the morning and despite the rain all was unloaded and with the floor coverings they used you would never guessed we had a rainy! “Having moved many times and used a number of moving companies, Pathways was among the best, if not the best in my experience for several reasons. First, the company adapted to a Saturday schedule to accommodate our family's schedule. Also, they were consistently available to answer questions and provide reassurance, e.g., their ability to handle a difficult weather circumstance on moving day. While the crew arrived earlier than expected, it turned out to be a good thing because the move required more adaptation than expected (which might have been anticipated?).
