“Moved a full three bedroom home plus basement storage/furniture and a atorage until. The guys were friendly and easy to work with. They worked hard in cold windy weather. No major damage was done to either home, just a few scuffs on walls from heavy objects, which is to be expected. Didnt lollygag. Good communication through the process. “Our first move in 26 years and the Corrigan team was amazing. From Erick with the estimate to Rachel coordinating the logistics, and our moving crew of Mark, Zack, Austin, Brendan and Tony. Everyone took the time to explain everything. The moving crew carefully wrapped and loaded the boxes. (We did our own packing, as we were downsizing and sorting as we packed. ). Next day the crew did our unloading 250 miles away. They helped us determine the best furniture placement, worked around the internet installer. I would highly recommend this company. We did receive three bids and they were the best. They also had used boxes to pick up at the Grand Rapids location, which was a big savings.”

“Van was right on time 11/26/18 to load despite overnight 11” of snow and day of delivery 12/1/18 it was pouring rain in the morning and despite the rain all was unloaded and with the floor coverings they used you would never guessed we had a rainy! From day of estimate to delivery we were very happy...definitely recommend”

“There was an misunderstanding about door to door servers. I was moving from Michigan to some where in either Houston or Dallas, TX. I wasn't sure what area yet and I told the sales man, I wasn't sure on the address. The sales person told me its door to door and that we can just store your containers until you move and find a home. My understanding from the sales person when I ordered the moving containers that all addresses were door to door. But this is not true, some areas they do not service. And you will have to move your stuff out of shipping containers and put in a truck and move them from there trucking center. I had called and had to ask to speak to a manager and told her of the misunderstanding between me and sales person. That it was my understanding it was door to door service. She understood the mis communication and address the problem professionally and responsively by helping me out and delivering the U-pack storage containers on Saturday for me when it was not in the service area. Thank you U-Pack for understanding, and helping a Disable Veteran out.”
