The store is clean and friendly with great customer service, where staff always help get items down from high shelves. It offers great animal supplies, though prices are sometimes on the high side but can be amazing with online promo codes for pickup. The business provides curbside pick-up, auto-ship delivery, and a grooming salon. It also participates in local adoption and community events.

New pet owner with a bit of an emergency over the weekend... Pet Supplies Plus had exactly what I was looking for, a staff member to take me there/show it, and overall, a great shopping experience. Good prices, decent location, and friendly service. They even had complimentary tables set up with products for free samples.... read full comment
