“I’ve had my Clumber Spaniel all over for grooming. Even to a behaviorist! Alicia at Pet Supplies has been the only one able to groom my dog. If you have a dog that’s difficult to groom, make an appointment with Alicia! My Cooper loves her and she keeps him looking great!”
“My family and me all take our birds to casa and they get the job done our birds love it when we take them there and they enjoy the ride there workers and very kind and not rude at all my family owns 2 cockatiels 1 Quaker and 1 African ring neck and 1 Mexican conure and they do a very good job trimming there wings and there beaks I suggest casa la parrot to everyone I know who has a bird around the area”

“This is my favorite place to get my dog Echo groomed. The pet grooming staff are so nice and they do a fantastic job. They have even let me drop him off 15 minutes early before so I could make it in time to a work meeting ? I love the fact you can create appointments online, it’s very convenient. The bandanas my dog receives at the end of his appointment is always holiday or seasonal themed and they are so cute!”

“This location is always clean, well stocked , aisles are clear of clutter but the Best part is the staff. Their associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. We are always greeted promptly and with a smile. I have been to other locations and this company does a great job in hiring, training and the standards ate customer focused. Very refreshing as most companies are focused on getting the customer in and out with as little contact as possible. Most companies give less product and hiked prices, its quite sad all the changes which is why it is so nice to find a Great Company that Appreciates their customers and makes feel valued as well as our pets. “Staff was very accommodating towards my people aggresive dog.I had trouble finding someone who was willing to trim his nails and give him a full bath and blow out until I called one day to ask if we could try giving him a nail trim and grind.Very kind people who were willing to give it a go. My white german shepherds coat has never shined so bright before and I can't wait to make the next appointment.”

Parents -- please teach this to your children for their own safety AND for that of the animal you do not know.While we were there, we witnessed several children harassing people's pets while the parents absolutely did not care, even when asked to have their kids stop touching a pet.Don't be those people! This is a great store with great employees and nice products. Be nice!”
“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing.
The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis.
I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”

“We take our dog here every other week to help her with socialization and her nervousness. The staff is always friendly and the store is generally clean. We also enrolled in one of the dog training sessions. The trainer was very knowledgeable and helped us to deal with her nervousness and basic training. Definitely recommend.”

Well, I was excited, only to find out I have to BUY ONLINE and pick up IN STORE and this was after I already drove and arrived at the store HAHAHAHA. Corporate is a joke.”
