“New pet owner with a bit of an emergency over the weekend... Pet Supplies Plus had exactly what I was looking for, a staff member to take me there/show it, and overall, a great shopping experience. Good prices, decent location, and friendly service. They even had complimentary tables set up with products for free samples. Will be back!”
“I like the staff there, it's usually clean, the tanks seem pretty well managed, and the pets offered seem as well taken care of as you could expect. The fish are at least attentive & the tanks are clean.
I'm glad that they partner with local shelters & all applicants are considered carefully before an adoption goes through.
This particular location also did well to follow through on a reasonable survey request, which my cat and I greatly appreciate.”
“I will only get my things from this place of love for there birds, very good about what is good for your birds I’m going to get another bird in the future.”
“This location is always clean, well stocked , aisles are clear of clutter but the Best part is the staff. Their associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. We are always greeted promptly and with a smile. I have been to other locations and this company does a great job in hiring, training and the standards ate customer focused. Very refreshing as most companies are focused on getting the customer in and out with as little contact as possible. Most companies give less product and hiked prices, its quite sad all the changes which is why it is so nice to find a Great Company that Appreciates their customers and makes feel valued as well as our pets. Great Job as a company from the vision to the execution. You are doing a Fantastic job. We Love shopping at your store. My family, and my children w/their kids all shop with you. Thanks for making it a great experience and I for got to mention the prices are great as well. I hope this review is read at the corporate level and read in a store meeting so they know that their hard work is noticed and appreciated greatly.”
“I had a great experience at the pet house ! Brooke did a such an amazing job with Pickles and treated him with great care and patience. Incredibly friendly staff. Pricing was very fair for the quality of service, and it’s clear they truly care about the dogs they work with. Definitely will be back and highly recommend them!”

It's stocked with everything needed to get your dog sparkling clean and smelling nice! 🙂”

“My daughter and I love going here to look at all the fish and dream about having a huge aquarium setup one day. They have a really awesome variety of fish with lots of different colors, sizes, and species to check out. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. It’s a fun place to visit for anyone who enjoys aquariums and seeing all the different kinds of fish they have available.”

“I bought 2 ferrets that were bonded from here and they gave me all kinds of stuff to go with them because they were the only ferrets there. The people were so nice. I would definitely recommend it and even possibly go back and purchase again.”
“I love this store it is primarily a man's shopping store but they do sell women's clothing.
The main thing I remember from this, and no laughing this does show my age, are in the 90s when all we had was dial-up internet I'm buying online was not a thing yet one looked forward to receiving their favorite monthly clothing magazine in the mail and among several one of them was Orvis.
I have to admit walking through this store brought back so many memories I had Beyond even thought about in 25 years.... thanks God now I really feel the old!”
“Forgot I needed replacement poles for the ice shanty and ended up there 4 minutes before closing time. A very courteous kind young man helped me find a even better product than what I was thinking and we were out of there only 2 minutes late. ?”

“I love this store!!! And its employees 🫶
Corporate needs to do a better job taking care of them, and customers. I got an offer to get 15% off an in-store purchase of frozen dog food.. the only type of food my dog will eat. Well, I was excited, only to find out I have to BUY ONLINE and pick up IN STORE and this was after I already drove and arrived at the store HAHAHAHA. Corporate is a joke.”
