“This is my third time renting space with Gezon. I’ve had a great experience every time. First was a larger indoor space at the Byron Center location which was invaluable for us as we prepared for a house sale. Second time was an RV spot at the same location which was good but a little far from our current house.Since we moved our RV we’ve been renting at 2 different storage companies and I was beyond frustrated both times. The other places like to play this crooked game of bait and switch with you where they bring you in and raise your rent 30% after you’ve been renting for a couple months. It’s always the same song and dance where it’s based on “market conditions and rising costs”. It’s a crock and I don’t stand for it. Just tell me what my rent is going to be and let me pay what we agreed to. I never had this problem with Gezon when I’m happy to be back working with a reputable honest company.”
“Renting online was easy, moving into the unit went easy. Had a problem with which door to use when I first arrived but was able to talk to the owner quickly who helped me. Would recommend anyone looking for 24 hour access climate controlled storage units in the area. They also have multiple locations. Thanks for running the business smoothly”
