“They're not perfect and I don't expect them to be for the price. The cleaned up my interior nicely and my glass. Cleaned up the outside well. But for $40 you can't be mad at any little missed spots. Friendly and pretty quick pull up service. The people complaining they're vehicles aren't perfect obviously haven't paid a true detail service before. I get my car professionally detailed once a year and it's $200 and takes 4 hours. These guys do a great job at keeping it clean in between the very expensive detail jobs.”

“Locked myself out of my car and the zippy employees were very hospitable. I didn’t grab his name but a young man with dreads working 1/10/26 at 12pm took the time out of his day to try his best to help me get in my car and let me use the office phone to call a tow truck. He even looked up a better deal than what was offered initially for the lock out service. And did it all with a smile. It’s this level of hospitality and courtesy that keeps me coming to Zippy. Thank you and give tht man a raise. He’s representing the company right.”
“Every time I come here I get the best service. The light skin brother that's the manager who is always on the left side, sending the cars through, always pay special attention to specific areas of my car that I tell him to if I parked under a tree or something. Give that guy a raise... Very accommodating place.”

“I'd like the car wash because I'm claustrophobic so when I go through that car wash I can actually see outside which makes me more comfortable. It did a good job on my car I really don't have any complaints and I didn't have any problem with the machine I will probably use it in the future.”
“I like using this car wash it is convenient most the time.... I understand y u shut down when it's raining but I may want too use the vacuums on those day. unlimited is supposed to be unlimited? Im disappointed with the tire shine cuz my tires are always left dirty. I will keep coming back though it's cheaper n easier than the self car washes. oh I also like the many locations thought the City!”

“This is the only place I go to get my vehicle washed! And it’s for two reasons… my vehicle is washed to perfection AND mainly because this place has the BEST customer service ever! It is always on point. The weather could be crappy… the customers even crappier , but not the workers! Tony and Remy are consistently super nice and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied no matter what. I even get offended when customers drive off and don’t leave them a tip. Now I can easily go to several car washes right in my neighborhood (and there are plenty here in Canton). But because of Tony and Remy, I’ll keep my business with Shine N Bright. These guys definitely deserve to be recognized for all they do. Thank you Tony and Remy! You guys are the best!”
