“Love them! Car is always clean top to bottom. From Day #1 they’ve see my rather non-descript car and greet me with a smile knowing who I am, what my plan is, that yes I DO want the complimentary ArmorAll wipe packet, then they’ll share a word of info. about my plan (I can put it on hold for vacations, etc.) and I’m on my way. It is extremely convenient, I drive by the Jackson Rd. location almost every time I’m out, so I can just pop in then carry on with my day. I have a disability and use my car for support when entering/exiting. Having it be clean prevents additional laundry and scratches I don’t want to pay for. I should really get the names of the individuals who help me as the employees stay consistent, but every single one has been a pleasure to work with. I’m sure I sound like I’m gushing but with my life and limited abilities having a clean car means more than you can imagine and Jax is amazing.”

“They delivered beyond my wildest expectations. The one that amazed me the most is everything under the hood that is looking like it’s a brand new car. I bought a 2010 model car and originally it looked like the car showed its age. They also fixed the tires pressure on the car because the light on the dashboard turned on.”

“We had a good experience working with Doug. I called and left a message, and he called me back later that day; they were able to fit me in within a week ahead of a trip with the family in July. Dropped off around 8:30am and I picked up at about 4:45pm. Overall they did a great job and managed to get some chlorinated pool water stains out of the seats, which are still not noticeable even a week or so later.”

“Great car wash! The free vacuums worked well. I’m a simple kind of girl, give me a good quarter operated do-it-yourself car wash and my car was clean and vacuumed for $3.50. Can’t beat that!
They have the regular drive through wash and hand dry for those who need that too.”

“I like this place a lot, it's a pretty good clean, fast and efficient.
But my issue is that I absolutely hate how close they let the car behind you get. I have to firmly step on the brake in order to put my car back in park. Just stressful. I wish a lot more space between cars.”
