Great Customer Service! The employees at Extra Space Storage are helpful, kind and professional. Derrick especially was very helpful and knowledgeable with answering my billing questions when it was time for me to move out of my unit. He truly made the process seamless! Great company. This has been a great experience. We needed a storage unit and we were under a time constraint. They delivered. Above and beyond on service.
