“This place has amazing customer service. Mia worked with me through an issue I was having and she and cube smart really helped make it easy on me. I wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again. Do note that this is not climate controlled. While indoor and secure, it's similar to a garage in terms of climate. Signage is all new throughout the facility and customer service is above and beyond. I appreciate the staff as they are amazing at customer service.”

“I believe his name was James, ( Tuesday, March 7 ) who answered the phone and politely asked me if he could put me on hold very briefly he reassured me - he then returned to the phone after a few seconds. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered every question I had about renting a van. He also mentioned that I could book the van immediately - even if I wasn't sure of my dates. Apparently there is no fee if you change your mind on the date you need the van, which I didn't know. It's very rare to get polite people on the phone these days - James did a great job! I will be renting a van from U-Haul soon, and I will let you know how that goes - thanks again, James!”

“I personally don't utilize their service...My cousin uses the storage here.He loves it!He rents a small garage that can store a couch, an average size dining table, a dresser, a couple boxes of items.He just put some huge tires in there.”
