“I had a storage unit before in the past. I had moved my things out but recently decided to move some stuff back because I had to roommates moving in. I like it because now you have access with the gate and longer hours to get into your unit. That helps out a lot thank you for that. Miss Cheryl is always so friendly and very helpful in your needs. “I believe his name was James, ( Tuesday, March 7 ) who answered the phone and politely asked me if he could put me on hold very briefly he reassured me - he then returned to the phone after a few seconds. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered every question I had about renting a van. He also mentioned that I could book the van immediately - even if I wasn't sure of my dates. Apparently there is no fee if you change your mind on the date you need the van, which I didn't know. It's very rare to get polite people on the phone these days - James did a great job! I will be renting a van from U-Haul soon, and I will let you know how that goes - thanks again, James!”

“I personally don't utilize their service...My cousin uses the storage here.He loves it!He rents a small garage that can store a couch, an average size dining table, a dresser, a couple boxes of items.He just put some huge tires in there.”
