Great Customer Service! The employees at Extra Space Storage are helpful, kind and professional. Derrick especially was very helpful and knowledgeable with answering my billing questions when it was time for me to move out of my unit. He truly made the process seamless! Great company. Would definitely recommend!

Staff provided incorrect monthly rate, once I moved in, the rate was changed. Within 9 months, the monthly rate was increased twice. I was told there was electricity in the outside units;It was not. I was not happy from the beginning. I've since moved to a new storage location.

Had a great experience with this place! My partner reserved the unit online; it was a very smooth process once we got to the gate to get in and get to work. The unit was incredibly clean. As you walk around, you see the efforts put in to pest -proofing the place, which set my mind at ease. Derrick was such a helpful, and even encouraging, person! He assisted me in finding a push cart to use for some of our heaviest items. When we were having trouble with the lock, he took such great care of us. Derrick rules!

I have been a loyal customer at Extra Space Storage since April, and upon returning to my unit in August, I found that it had become infested with mice over the summer. In addition, my monthly rate was increased from $132 to $205. The infestation required me to spend additional time disinfecting my belongings before moving them out, which forced me to extend my rental for an additional month at the extra fee. Given the price increase and the lack of adequate facility maintenance, I cannot recommend this location to safely store your belongings.

This has been a great experience. We needed a storage unit and we were under a time constraint. They delivered. Above and beyond on service. Their front office/maintenance staff was super helpful and didn’t make us feel stupid for not stepping down on the door before sliding lock over to open. 😂. Super clean and highly recommend.

About a month ago, I desperately needed a storage unit as there was an unexpected gap between moving out of my current apartment and into a new apartment later this month.
This location is conveniently located just a few minutes away from both apartments and is super easy to access. While I only needed a storage unit for just a couple months, I still got a really good deal that was better than anything the other storage unit companies offered in Ann Arbor.
I just went in today to give my move out notice and met Krista, the manager of this location. She was so helpful with an issue that I encountered with billing, and was super nice and personable. I wish I had grabbed the name of the other employee who I spoke with as well, but he was also very nice and welcoming.
I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a good storage unit at a decent price with an awesome staff!

Ms. Krista is so amazing she is such a sweetheart and a Godsent!” She held my storage and stopped it from going into collections, while I was starting my new job. As soon as I got my first paycheck from my new employer I was able to pay my balance off. Then when I came in she has always been so kind. She makes every customer too priority, with great customer service! Yes she is such an amazing manager.

It was a very smooth and easy process to sign on and get my space. I need to change it, and that was also a good experience. The staff are friendly and willing to support in every way. the storage unit is clean and I feel safe and comfortable accessing it anytime.
