“Came to the u of m Ypsilanti health center for an appointment that required me to visit the lab center with my 3 year old child. My visit at that lab was very quick and I was helped by ASHLEY! Ashley I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your services you provided for me and my child. You helped him pick out stickers and was truly very nice to us. People that love their job and are nice to others are hard to come across now adays. And I can tell your one of the people that does right by others. “I loved them!!! Very respectful, vaccination was painless, and quick.
The only problem I have is with their website. I was confused where to go for certain forms and moved around central vs north campus. They also don’t take walk in appointments past 5:30 even though their booking page had slots for 5:40. So that was confusing.”

“This was our first visit to this clinic to establish care following the retirement of our previous PCP.
Check in personnel were friendly and cordial. Medical Assistant Nina was friendly, professional, and thorough in her pre-physician gathering of my vital signs. Dr. Wenner was outstanding in his bedside manner and understanding of my overall health as well as in his recommendations for future healthcare management. The phlebotomy team did nice work in my blood draw. Checkout personnel were friendly and efficient.
All in all, a great experience for the establishment of healthcare in a new setting. I feel very lucky to be able to establish care with Dr. Wenner and his associates at Briarwood 10 . . .

“The top parking lot is open again no construction so ample spots to park. As of 2023- Update Now I see Dr.Deborah Weener here. Visit experience is still very good. I show up at appt time. Wait for 10 mins max after check-in then be ushered into the fold, check my weight ushered into an exam room where the nurse updates all my info. Then wait 10-15 mins for Dr. to show up, after a comprehensive checkup I leave. All very good service. NOW IHA has started a practice, you dont even have to pay a copay. They just bill you. And if you cant pay the bill, there is access One that will setup a payment plan as to what you can afford. So everyone is happy.”
