Was looking for a used cell phone but ended up getting a brand new iPhone for even cheaper the I originally estimated. The other locations in Ypsilanti attempted to price gouge me and I am really happy that I shopped around and found Frank/Jacob at this location. I immediately felt at home and was with people that I trust.

The only place that I find open on Sundays. The place down the street is always closed, even during the week. I will start coming here for all of my cell phone needs.

There was a young kid working that charged me $25 to remove a virus from my phone and when I got it back the virus was still there and he wouldn't answer my calls at the store. This was the Metro PCS store on Ford Blvd in Ypsilanti Michigan. I knew better than to think he would be different because all those stores in Ypsilanti rip you off it certainly isn't the first time and it definitely won't be the last.

Had a phone with water damage, knew it was a longshot to get it fixed but Jacob gave it a try nonetheless (repeatedly), didn't charge me, and referenced me to specialists who could get it done.Sidenote: I didn't get the usual sleazy-phone-salesman vibes here. The BBQ food truck in the parking lot also doesn't hurt at all either. Overall good experience.
