I agree--Frank is the best, and this store is the best! I don't know what I would do if it ever closed.

Frank went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and all my questions answered. Very tech savvy and kind. Great experience overall

Was looking for a used cell phone but ended up getting a brand new iPhone for even cheaper the I originally estimated. The other locations in Ypsilanti attempted to price gouge me and I am really happy that I shopped around and found Frank/Jacob at this location. I immediately felt at home and was with people that I trust.
