“I own an old Toyota Camry with over 300,000 miles on it, and it’s still running strong. I have a deep emotional connection to this car—it was the very first car I drove after arriving in the U.S., and I simply can’t bring myself to sell, trade, or replace it. Although I own two newer cars, I still prefer driving my Camry for my daily commutes.

Recently, while driving, I heard a strange noise coming from underneath the car. After checking, I discovered that the exhaust flex pipe had broken and was dragging on the ground. The car became extremely loud, and I had to have it towed home.

After doing some research online, I found that replacing the exhaust pipe could be quite expensive—especially considering the car’s age and limited value. I contacted several local muffler shops, and most quoted me prices over $500.

One day, while driving down Ecorse Road, I stopped by a small shop and met Emad. I expected to hear the same high estimates I’d received elsewhere, but Emad was very honest and straightforward. Emad asked for a couple of hours to complete the repair and even lent me his personal car to use in the meantime—a gesture I deeply appreciated. When I returned, I was amazed. Not only had he expertly welded and fixed the flex pipe, but the car’s noise was completely gone. He even went the extra mile and cleaned my headlights, making them shine like new.

Now, my Camry drives smoothly and quietly once again. Emad’s shop may not be the most glamorous or high-end, but he has a genuine heart, strong work ethic, and honesty that’s hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending his shop to others.”

“My tire light went on in my SUV tonight. I tried calling three well- known tire shops in the Ypsilanti, Saline, Ann Arbor area. It was a few minutes until closing.. All three were closed. I was able to get served right away at Sam’s Tires on Carpenter Rd with a friendly tire expert who professionally found the light went on because the cold weather lessened the tire pressure. It was safe to drive on. Sam’s tire service is open until 7:00 pm. Thank you so much!”

I called the Belle Tire over in Belleville and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. Called this Belle Tire off Carpenter road and immediately talked with someone. Told them I was hoping to get my tire looked at, and they said bring it in and they'll have a look. Got the spare on and drove over there and they looked at the tire and said it would be an easy fix. They told me it was going to be an hour and it only took them half an hour. They patched my tire up and then didn't even charge me. If you are needing a tire repaired and you are looking for a place that will be hassle free, quick, and customer focused then I would recommend Belle Tire off Carpenter road.
