He explained the problem clearly, fixed it without trying to sell me anything unnecessary, and made sure everything was running smoothly before I left.

“I really can't believe this place exists. I was on a trip when a warning lights came on. I called the closest Nissan dealership to my location. I was surprised to have the person on the other end of the phone say, if you can get it to me we will look at it ASAP. What a relief. It ended up being an oxygen sensor that they were able to replace and get me back on the road. I was already looking for hotels to spe d the night, but it wasn't necessary. Matt and his staff did a fantastic job and made me feel like my satisfaction mattered. Thank you.”

“Drove from WI to MI for a trip and realized I super needed an oil change. They fit me in same day even though they seemed pretty busy! Price was great and they even went above and beyond to inspect my car to recommend other tune ups for next time without being pushy. “I had been informed by another auto expert that my problem was likely my driveshaft. I took it to Convenience Auto on Jewett in Ann Arbor and they diagnosed a much less expensive repair was needed in my wheel bearing. They fixed it in a day and my car with nearly 300,000 miles on it is working great! Plus the guys are very honest and nice. I've been there in the past, and I'll be back again. These guys keep me from having to buy a new car in this horrible economy! Thanks guys!”

“We used this Firestone in a pinch when we were in town for a doctor appointment. They were very helpful and fit us in even though we were a walk-in. They worked hard to find the issue with our tires and made an effort to get us back on the road to get home before rush hour. Would recommend!”

“I'm a Lyft driver and I was in Ann Arbor bringing home a passenger from the Airport. After I dropped my passenger at her home, while I was driving home, there was a section of elevated median with jagged edges and I got too close and popped my tire. Luckily I was 500 ft from Firestone. I just had to wait for them to open. Now, to the service part of my eventful situation.
Manager Walter. Let's start off with that guy! Great Customer service! As soon as I explained the situation, Walter was sympathetic to the situation at hand. He then gave me all ofthe options available, and once I had made a decision, his technicians immediately got busy working on my car. Excellent! In, and out. Every interaction, every customer. Thank you sir forr helping make this situation a little less of a pain. Keep up the amazing work!”
“They were open on Sunday when I needed them, which was great. They didn’t have the tires in stock that I chose online, but worked it out that I paid the same for a better quality tire. As a woman alone going into any kind of auto center, I have full confidence in them to do the right thing by me. Can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“I had a great experience with Sam and the mechanic at Bell Tire on Jackson Rd. There was a last minute issue the night right before a long trip. My valve gasket needed to be checked and replaced. I called on Tuesday night at 5 minutes before closing. I was trying everywhere and the other Bell Tires did not have a mechanic in on Wednesday that could do it. Sam said they could check it and get it done for me. The oil change place I had stopped in to get blades had washed off the oil from the leak. I told my story. He was so patient and listened. Sam had a 27 pt inspection done and replaced the valve gasket. He told me to drop it off over night and I did. They got started on it the next morning. So thankful. Now I can get the car to my Son in the maries in NC. Thank you to you and your great Team.”
“Bought the tires online, following the detailed instructions online to match everything properly. Arrived at Costco for my scheduled appt once I received an email my tires had arrived. The woman who handled drop off, also handled my pick-up as well. She was very polite and courteous, just like every other costco employee I've interacted with. Went over info, she quoted 1-1.5hr once my appt tome arrived (I was early). They finished just under an hour. Informed me I had paid for a part that wasnt necessary so refunded it to me. She then went over in detail how to register my tires, went over all the free services provided by costco (ie balancing, rotations etc), also went over some issues with my vehicle that they would recommend I get checked out. All in all, a great experience! I'm just shocked at these negative reviews.”
