“Couldn’t be happier with my experience with AAMCO Transmission. I blew o the transmission in my F-150. I had it towed there on Monday afternoon, just a couple hours later I had a phone call from Mike that updated me on what was going on with my truck and an estimate for repairs.The next day he called with an update on the price and to confirm I wanted them to proceed with the repairs (and to be certain I was willing to spend that much money to have the truck repaired. On Tuesday morning, I was happy to hear that he expected they would be done with everything on Friday.To my surprise, I got a call on Thursday morning. When I saw the number I was afraid there was going to be more charges or that they ran into a problem—but that was not the case—he was calling to let me know the truck was finished and I could come pick it up ASAP!I couldn’t believe how quickly they were able to get my truck in and out. You might be able to get the work done cheaper somewhere else, but you cannot beat the service and extremely fast turn around time from this shop.My experience with them was excellent. I was very impressed with how they treated me, kept me informed and up to date on the process, and speedy service.Definitely will recommend them to family and friends in the future and would not hesitate to bring another vehicle to them if I need repairs in the future. “A devil cut me off today on ecorse rd which in turn made me run into the median in front of ypsi-connected school. Blew my rim and tire . So I came to the first shop I seen and which was Quality Auto Repair. I asked him if he could change my demolished tire with the spare I had in the back he was more than happy to change it for me. When it was all done I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing but a good word. So I’m writing this review to tell everyone there’s not people like this anymore. That was a blessing from Allah. “On August 6, 2023, my car quit on the expressway. Upon being towed to Washtenaw Auto Care (amazingly open on Sunday), I was told I needed a new water pump. I was shown the signs in the engine.Instead of waiting for a new pump to be delivered, someone was sent to pick it up.In the meantime, we were given a comfortable corner to eat our snacks, a fan, and cold water bottles.The work was done in good time and, despite our trip's delay and unexpected expense, we felt we were treated in a friendly, helpful manner. I believe the place is under new ownership.We would recommend Washtenaw Auto Care without hesitation.”
