“I own an old Toyota Camry with over 300,000 miles on it, and it’s still running strong. I have a deep emotional connection to this car—it was the very first car I drove after arriving in the U.S., and I simply can’t bring myself to sell, trade, or replace it. Although I own two newer cars, I still prefer driving my Camry for my daily commutes.

Recently, while driving, I heard a strange noise coming from underneath the car. After checking, I discovered that the exhaust flex pipe had broken and was dragging on the ground. The car became extremely loud, and I had to have it towed home.

After doing some research online, I found that replacing the exhaust pipe could be quite expensive—especially considering the car’s age and limited value. I contacted several local muffler shops, and most quoted me prices over $500.

He told me that it wouldn’t make sense to spend too much on an older vehicle, but since I clearly loved the car, he would do his best to help and offered me a price that was nearly half of what others had quoted.

Emad asked for a couple of hours to complete the repair and even lent me his personal car to use in the meantime—a gesture I deeply appreciated. When I returned, I was amazed. Not only had he expertly welded and fixed the flex pipe, but the car’s noise was completely gone. He even went the extra mile and cleaned my headlights, making them shine like new.

Now, my Camry drives smoothly and quietly once again. Emad’s shop may not be the most glamorous or high-end, but he has a genuine heart, strong work ethic, and honesty that’s hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending his shop to others.”

“I had the best auto repair customer experience I have had in years here with Cristino, his mechanic and his Team. Cristino was professional, courteous, knowledgable, helpful and the service was reasonable and timely. I knew what to expect and there weren't any surprises. Cristino, the mechanic and the Team all did a great job and felt like service you used to get. They went out of their way to not over charge me. I had multiple issues with my Sons car, the solinoid, rocker arm, tires, alignment, a tuneup and air conditioning fillup, etc. He found one part was under warranty and didn't charge me for the part. He even got a box and helped me remove stuff from my Sons truck so they could hear for a rattle and he carried the box. No one does that these day, lol. (Prior to this I had taken it to a chevy dealer who wanted $550 to just inspect it, and I was upset.) Bell Tire on Carpenter made it all better and I am so happy with their job I would highly recommend them.”
