“Recently, I was in need of a last-minute exhaust repair. I called around to a handful of shops close to me, but the only one that could see me the following morning was Mr. Muffler. After I brought the car in, I was shown the issue and given a couple options. I took the option that would require the most time (this option would have likely saved me another repair in the short term). Even with this option, the repair was completed very quickly. I was very appreciative of the fast turnaround. I would certainly consider them in the future for other repairs.”

“Walked in at 3:20pm and my car was getting worked on by 3:30pm Amazing!!! I called for a quote on brakes for my car he said stop in to make sure it's the just the brakes or if I needed rotors too so they could get the right parts They walked me around the vehicle and showed /explained it all to me (non mechical terms lol?) “I received a text from Brian @ Gene Butman Ford, regarding an outstanding recall (turn signal software patch) I had on my ‘23 Maverick. He offered the service of actually coming out to my residence to resolve the issue on the spot. I had no idea that this was possible! I had just had my 1st oil change service appointment at a different dealer, but was not informed of, nor offered, to fix the issue. So naturally, I replied with a YES! ? “I live in Ann Arbor and after being screwed and cheated by multiple mechanics telling me that I needed to repair and do things to my car that weren't necessary. Or by putting the wrong parts as happened with my breaks and making me wait and wait and wait for them not to even fix anything, coming here was a breath of fresh air. I felt like I had come home. They were warm, welcoming, honest, and informative. For me it's not about the cost, it's about the service and ethics of someone. And unfortunately many mechanics make their bread and butter on up charging you for parts and procedures you don't need, particularly if you are a woman. An honest worker, who takes the time to really look for the problem, tell you the truth and welcome you like a friend is worth more than words can say. I wanted to cry because there are still good people and mechanics in the world. They welcomed my dog and were so thoughtful and friendly. Anyone who loves animals is aces in my book. Just ask about the love birds and you'll see what I mean. I will never go anywhere else with my car and I will shout to the mountain tops to anyone I know that this is the place to go. “A devil cut me off today on ecorse rd which in turn made me run into the median in front of ypsi-connected school. Blew my rim and tire . So I came to the first shop I seen and which was Quality Auto Repair. I asked him if he could change my demolished tire with the spare I had in the back he was more than happy to change it for me. When it was all done I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing but a good word. So I’m writing this review to tell everyone there’s not people like this anymore. That was a blessing from Allah. And may He bless his family and his hands to get all the best business that is available. “On August 6, 2023, my car quit on the expressway. Upon being towed to Washtenaw Auto Care (amazingly open on Sunday), I was told I needed a new water pump. I was shown the signs in the engine.Instead of waiting for a new pump to be delivered, someone was sent to pick it up.In the meantime, we were given a comfortable corner to eat our snacks, a fan, and cold water bottles.The work was done in good time and, despite our trip's delay and unexpected expense, we felt we were treated in a friendly, helpful manner. I believe the place is under new ownership.We would recommend Washtenaw Auto Care without hesitation.”

“First I went to Discount Tire to get air in my tires. The tech inflated three tires but told me the rear left one was below 15 psi andthec machine would not inflate it. Then told me to go inside and relay the info and that someone would need to look at the tire, possibly need a new tire. I went inside and the line was at the door with someone telling another customer they would have to wait at least one and a half hours for his car to be looked at. Longer if they need to do work. I went back outside to my car, looked at the tire and it didn't look flat. I drove to another air pump, put in some air, then decided to take it to Belle Tire, the tech had me park in front if the garage door, I told him what Discount said. He came out with the hose, started pumping the air and then stopped. He told me I only needed 3 more psi and my tire was fine. I will go to Belle Tire from mow on.”
