There is a specific staff member who is rude every interaction I have with her. Additionally, I have heard her talk about her coworkers and other customers inappropriately on multiple occasions.

This location gives USPS a bad name. Unhelpful staff, faulty equipment, and long waits. If you want to accomplish anything, please avoid this USPS at all costs.
