My package was held because the business I ordered from accidentally asked for a hold. When I saw this, I immediately filed a report with USPS to ask for a delivery to my address. At 5 pm, I received a call from who I think is the manager, Maria. She said that I could come grab it really quick, and that I would just have to ring the bell. I get here and the clerk looked at me. I waved and rang the bell twice. Ignored. Now I’m frustrated because why would you have me come and get it but then the staff ignores me when I get here? Avoid using this location if you can.

If you enjoy being spoken to rudely in an unprofessional manner by a bunch of old ladies than this is post office is for you. You'll leave feeling like you've done something wrong and the world hates you. Don't worry it's just the miserable ladies woking the counter taking their displaced anger out on the patrons. The post office down town is the gem of our city and should be cherished. The Huron street should be restaffed with nicer people.

I would give a 0 if a could. The service is appalling! Not only when it comes to delivery of the mail, but also when it comes to the Passport applications. I've never seen people more angry and rude at customers. Don't go there! They need new employees that actually want to work and serve! Someone should remind them of the USPS ethics!

Theres a reason why this place has bad reviews 7 calls 7 times i called this office after being hung up on by the machine when laquisha finally answered the phone i was met with such a bad attitude, what chu want she said i informed her that my mailman didnt have the package the was supposed to be redelivered and signed for she puts me on hold for like 8 min and comes back yea ur package here, i asked her to put it aside and i would be right up there ,theres 4 ladies there i go up and i let the lady at the desk know what i came to get and she goes back and cant find it, great it wasnt put to the side 10 min later she finally finds it and was like oh your address was wrong on the return slip acting like it was my fault like mam ur mail carrier is the one that cant write things correctly not me i was done 4 ladies that cant pick up a phone or get stuff done correctly

This place has some of the most rude disrespectful customers I've ever seen. I'm here weekly and the employees always deal with situations better than I would have. Have not had a single problem at this location

The lady at the desk gave me an attitude, and she was very rude, and was raising her voice at me. Worst experience ever, if I could rate this review negative 5 stars I would. I will never come back to this post office again.Check your attitude ma'am.

Service has been good up until last couple of months, but my neighbor's mail has been delivered to my mail box at 8271 Blue Jay Drive and who knows where my mail has gone on those days. Can we get this straightened out pleas3?

Worst service ever. Easier using the machine in the lobby, which gives better service, even if there's no one on line.On the other hand, the delivery girl that braves all weather to our condo, is friendly and accommodating. She says hi, not like yea!

If I could route my mail through the Ann Arbor post office I would. The carriers never ring the bell when a package delivery requires a signature. And the personnel in the office are slow and incompetent.

Frustrated. They have a kiosk and so I went to use it after hours and scanned my bar code. All was well until I went to drop my package in the chute and so.eone locked the chute! This has happened TWICE. Why would you provide the use of a kiosk and not allow for packages to be dropped off? Who locks the chute and WHY?!

The people working here are extremely argumentative and mean. If you have a question, forget it because if you ask, it will be an argument. These women are also extremely racist. I’ve never seen them treat their own with that attitude and hate they do white people. It’s disgusting. Every time I’m there I hear an argument or these people are belittling someone and betraying them.The mail carrier has multiple times placed my mail in others mailboxes and lost my packages. Also, I always get mail of my neighbors. The actual USPS could care less because I’m sure there have been multiple complaints and nothing happens. I now use just the kiosk there just cause of how nasty these workers are.
