“I needed a replacement part for my chainsaw & figured I'd call ahead to see if they could help me. A few other hardware & power equipment shops were not able to provide or order the part.
I called, but no one answered. With all the 5 star reviews, I figured it was because they were busy. When I pulled up, they were definitely busy; yet unlike so many places now, I was immediately acknowledged & welcomed by the folk working. They were able to find the part I needed & allowed me to double check it was the right fit just in case. I'll definitely be coming back for any chainsaw or Arborist supply needs when I'm in the area.”
