When I pulled up, they were definitely busy; yet unlike so many places now, I was immediately acknowledged & welcomed by the folk working. They were able to find the part I needed & allowed me to double check it was the right fit just in case. I'll definitely be coming back for any chainsaw or Arborist supply needs when I'm in the area.”

From the very first phone call, Nina went above and beyond for us. Not only did she track down the exact boxes we needed, but she also took care of every detail of getting them to us all the way in Roswell, New Mexico. She put the boxes on a pallet, wrapped everything securely, measured it, and sent the exact dimensions so we could create a shipping label. Most stores would have stopped there, but Nina didn’t.

Because the pickup had to go through a freight service, she personally contacted the carrier, coordinated with them, and made sure the shipment was handled correctly. What could have been one of the most frustrating and stressful experiences turned out to be completely seamless — all thanks to her. She took care of every detail like it was no big deal, even though we know it took time, effort, and genuine care.

Ryan also stepped in to help, and together they made an out-of-state, complicated shipping situation feel effortless.
