“The guy (sorry can't remember his name) that towed my husband, and I was amazing. He was on time, very knowledgeable and very friendly. If I was in the area and had car problems again, I would use them and would recommend using them. The price of tow was also reasonable.”
“Overall, Great store. Only complaint I have is they never seem to understand what parts I'm talking about. I'll say "I need a VVT Solenoid for a 2002 VW Passat" and they'll ask me to repeat everything i said individually. I'd like to think that a parts store should have knowledgable people (especially) on vehicles. All in all, they do sell quality parts most of the time.”

“Had an emergency on the road today - blew a tire due to the State of MN dropping debris including a large bolt on 94 which ended up in my tire.
My vehicle isn’t a C,D,J or an R, but the staff welcomed us into their service center. They were so very nice, made my mother and I along with our cat very comfortable in the dealership while they promptly, courteously and professionally treated my tire on our luxury German brand. Can’t say enough how much we appreciated how nice they were.”
