Customer Service Technician, Jeremy, was very patient and stayed focused to task. He resolved all of my immediate concerns and gave directions for additional questions. He is definitely a “go the extra mile” person and personable in his service to your concerns.

The representative I had was great! He was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me with a difficult activation process on an Apple Watch. Which in the end was just a fluke with the plan activation for the watch. I would’ve never been able to figure out the problem on my own. The help was greatly appreciated!
