My wife and I were in Albert Lea to purchase a piece of equipment having driven seven hours from Kansas. Upon heading up the ramp for I35 south we had a plastic intercooler pipe blow up on our F350. Josh and Lee were helpful in figuring out what I was describing on the truck while I searched the part numbers they provided me (on my phone) and were able to loan me the tools I didn't have so we could back on the road.
