If your out of dipping suace dont wait till the oder is going out for delivery to call and let the customer know. You sold 5 cups online but you had none on hand you should fix your inventory problems or put a out of stock notice so people can decide not to order. And get a better selection of suaces you don't need 4 hot suaces, a little verity would be nice.

I love Casey's. But if you order anything for pickup do yourself a favor and add 15 minutes to the pick-up time.

I recently filled up on gas and purchased a car wash which I found out to be out of service. This is not usually a big deal but there is no out of service sign, there is a sign blocking access but it’s just advertising the car wash. In addition to that if the car wash is not available then the option at the pump should be disabled until it’s ready. I have a month to redeem my car wash code but I don’t think anything will be done in time.
Also the icee frozen drink machine seems to be out of order too, this is starting to get on the level of the McDonald's ice cream machine. This is a few months old.

Stopped by and there was no soap in the men's bathroom. I told an employee, who retrieved a bottle for me. Stopped by again the next day, and there was once again no soap. Again, an employee (the same one) retrieved a bottle. The first day, most of the ready to eat hot food items were 1-2 hours past sellable condition, as per the sell by time printed on the packaging. The second day, there was only one item available, which was also past the sell by time.

Ordered a taco pizza and this is how i got it. Called them and the ey denied to replace it. Nastiest taco pizza ive ever got. Do not recommend

Every time I order online I get there and I wait 20+ minutes for my order. I usually get car side pick up since I have a toddler and impossible to carry her and a pizza, will be waiting so long either have to call or go in to be told o just working on it or the one time it was ready and the worker was like o I didn’t know I needed to bring it out so I said well didn’t u find it weird I checked in. Now yesterday waited 20 min to have the guy come out and walk up to my car and be like “ o is this for you” didn’t say sorry about the wait, thank u, just handed the pizza and walked away. Costumer service is not there with this place.

This is hands down the nastiest Casey's I've been to and the dude cooking pizza is something else ordered a pizza went to pick it up got there early it was still being made ok no biggy I went to sit in vehicle for 10 mins came back in and it never went threw oven told them i wanted a refund to get told the manager has to do it in the morning a store ran like that is stupid and should close it's doors or fire all employees and start over

Ordered a pizza to be delivered! It takes 20 min. To make but 1 hour for it to be delivered!! Call them back after about 5 min. To tell them we would pick it up and they said we couldn't. The guy taking the order seemed off !! Never again !!!
