We purchased countertop on March 31. It is now June 3rd and we still don’t have countertops. Multiple calls and no one calls us back. We are always sent to voice mail. Every time we’ve gone into the store we get excuses. It took 5 weeks for them to have someone come out to measure.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had buying any product. We ordered online the order stated Albert Lea had it for next day pick up. Got there and no product available. This even after a call was made after the online order was placed and the representative in the Albert Lea store verified the product was in fact there in store and ready for next day pick up. But it was not only finding this out upon showing up for pick up. Now I must wait 9 days for it to come in, as somehow

DO NOT buy LG products from this store if you are in Northern Iowa. Bought warranty and are currently on day 15 after our refrigerator stopped working. LG stated July 20th we are out of the area and they would replace or refund the fridge. Still nothing 24 July. Currently well over 7 hrs on the phone between LG, Home Depot store, Home Depot Protection Plan office. Still have a kitchen full of other LG products that I requested to be picked up and refunded for. LG states they have 5 work days to resolve the issue. Again we are at Day 15. Will update if the issue ever gets resolved. Buy local, not box stores. I’ve learned my lesson.

I was trying to go get some softener salt from Home Depot. I tried calling someone at customer service to see if they could come help me at the door because I have a sleeping baby in the car and the guy at the loading door couldn't even come out to talk to me because he was too crabby I don't really know? All I needed was some help loading and buying my softener salt and they could not assist me with that and I drove away and I did not get my softener salt.

We have spent several thousand dollars with the Albert Lea store this year. Every time it has been a hassle. The delivery charges are very high but there are no services included. We ordered A grill this summer. For the $80 delivery charge they left it at the end of the driveway.

Ordered a quartz counter top on April 13, 2018, and was told it would be abot 4 weeks. 8 weeks later, no counter top. Michelle Gade, head of that department, personally caused 2 weeks of that delay. Just talked to the stone company. Might get the counter top by 9 weeks. Try cooking with no water in the kitchen, and washing dishes in the bathroom sink, then you will understand some of how I feel. It was like, once they had our money they were no longer interested.

They came out and measured for new carpet 60.00 charge/deposit. With carpet installation it's free tear up and removal of carpet. Nope they said we have to remove Capet to check out condition of floor. We live on a cement slab!!!!! � what condition? does the floor have to be perfectly level for carpet?!? Did something stain the concrete? It's carpet people just take out the old and throw in the new!!! Oh yeah they said carpet was stained, well no s^*t I guess that's why we want new stuff!!!

We have become very frustrated with the fact that only the self checkouts are available when we shop here, but then there is a person "helping" you check out your things on it. Why not just have that person on a register!!???We were there tonight and had to do a self checkout but then the lady working rebagged all my stuff anyway. Then when we got home we realized she must have taken out our paint samples from the bag! We live 20+ miles from the store so it isn't like we could run back there and get them.
