Poor execution on the delivery side of things. Promised stuff and then their refunds are lies.

We purchased countertop on March 31. It is now June 3rd and we still don’t have countertops. Multiple calls and no one calls us back. We are always sent to voice mail. Every time we’ve gone into the store we get excuses. It took 5 weeks for them to have someone come out to measure.
