“Was 'forced' use either Elk River or Albertville when Coborn's closed the Otsego Pharmacy. It was actually the best decision! The Elk River Pharmacy is outstanding, all the pharmacies and staff are kinda, helpful and very personable. Highly recommend the Elk River Coborn's pharmacy.”

We've used them for awhile but even in the beginning it felt like they could anticipate the best question and were already looking for an answer. Customer service done right, every time.”
“Never any problems here in person or on the phone. They always communicate clearly and customer service is fine. When employees seem stressed it's usually because they are visibly slammed or dealt with someone nasty before you, but I've never had them take it out on us. They've been great about transferring Rx from other places and about switching over my son's insurance during some name change confusion post-adoption. I can't help but feel like so many of these negative reviews are from rude and/or impatient customers who just didn't get treated like the royalty they think they are entitled to be.”

“We've been using CVS in Target since we moved to Monticello in March 2022. We've always been warmly greeted and helped in the best way imaginable. Today, I asked about a refill that I hadn't called in; I was not very clear in my request (tongue-tied) and the lady was just so agreeable - looked it up and said it could be ready in 10 minutes. I asked about a pneumonia shot -- no waiting! I grabbed my husband and we got our shots; the pharmacist was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great "bedside manner." The shots were done, and I was notified that the prescription was ready -- just an extremely POSITIVE experience!!”
“This is the BEST pharmacy team! They treat you like family and are ALWAYS friendly. Angie knows you by name and always has a smile. Small town customer service at its best! Forget big drug stores, this is the place to go! I would never trust my health to any other place!!!”

“I visit the CVS in Rogers, MN weekly. I am always greeted and welcomed with smiles. They acknowledge me as I enter and as I leave whether I make a purchase or not. I get all my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy and every member of the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They always let me know if I have extra bucks rewards on my receipt. I wish I could say the same thing for all CVS’s in the area. I’m very thankful that the Rogers store is ran differently than the Andover store.”

“Pharmacy Karens leaving negative reviews because they think the pharmacy system is McDonald's is extremely toxic. Nothing wrong with this Walgreens. It's no wonder pharmacists have some of the highest suicide rates when these types of humans are so toxic.Never had an issue here. Maybe some have had legitimate issues but I go often and live close. Was shocked to see the low reviews. Then again I understand it's a Walgreens and not a BMW dealership, so I don't expect it to be excellent in regards to CS. Lol.”
