About Douglas County Developmental Achievement Center
The Douglas County Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) provides Day Training and Habilitation services to adults 18 years and older with a developmental disability. DAC services include pre-vocational and vocational training, career exploration and the opportunity to engage in productive and satisfying employment. We encourage participation in activities/ volunteer within the community while developing life skills. Services are designed around the individual and their specific needs. The DAC offers opportunity for people to reach and maintain their highest level of productivity and independence.

I love this place. I love the staff. I love the individuals served here. There is an almost family type atmosphere. You can tell that the staff really care about the job they are doing. The area needs more of this.

The people are friendly & inviting.💛 Facilities are large, clean and organized. Love the variety of activities!
