Tsadik and the manager Sammie were terrific! We added a line to our account and they didn’t have the phone in stock we wanted so the manager went out of her way to go run to another store to get it and Tsadik did an awesome job setting us up with it!

Sammie, store manager at this location was the best representative I've ever worked with at AT&T store. She was able to get my bill lowered, even with new phones!! She also set me up with their product, home tech protection, that covers/protects all my electronics in my house without having to have proof of purchase. I could not be happier with my service, both with Sammie and devices. Thanks again for your amazing customer service!!

Great customer service . Kevin got me and my daughter 2 tablet for the price of one . He knows what he is doing . He helped set both our tablet up within 30 mins or less . If I can give him a ten star I would.

I'm pretty fed up with the lack of help from in store or call center customer service with AT&T. I purchased a new phone back in 2023 and was not made aware at the time that a trade in was required, so come to find out on our bill that I'm being charged the full price of the phone due to not mailing the old phone in within 30 days. I went back to the store to see if there is any way to still honor the trade in even though it's late, and the employee answered like they were reading off a script and couldn't help me or direct me to anyone who could help me. I called the customer service phone number and again less than helpful.

Just sat in the store for a half hour as the store was filled with people. Didn't see anyone who worked there. Terrible service.
