I'm pretty fed up with the lack of help from in store or call center customer service with AT&T. I purchased a new phone back in 2023 and was not made aware at the time that a trade in was required, so come to find out on our bill that I'm being charged the full price of the phone due to not mailing the old phone in within 30 days. I went back to the store to see if there is any way to still honor the trade in even though it's late, and the employee answered like they were reading off a script and couldn't help me or direct me to anyone who could help me. I called the customer service phone number and again less than helpful.

Just sat in the store for a half hour as the store was filled with people. Didn't see anyone who worked there. Terrible service.

Isaac Richards was wonderful and a huge help! Not just to us but to every customer who came in! We went to 2 other AT&Ts today and were very disappointed in their customer service(s). No one cared. Isaac made our trips worth it ?

Just wanted to shout out an employee by the name of Ike! He went above and beyond to get my phone set up. He was the only employee there and had 8 customers there and there was only 30 minutes to close and he was able to get all the other people in and out and helped me out without panic! Great guy definitely recommend asking for him if you have to go there!Ike you are the MAN!!!!

We went in to ATT today to understand our bill as we just switched carriers a few months ago. We learned that signing up through people at Sam's Club/Walmart is not the best option. Coleman at the Andover ATT store helped us out so much! He laid everything out for us and even saved us a ton of money. He sat and helped us go through the extras we had on our bill and explained that some of them we did not need and could get free. He even did his very best to keep our impatient 2 year old patient buy getting him a balloon to play with. I would highly recommend Coleman as he was very patient, friendly, easy to talk to and broke things down to early understand. We ended up walking out with a better plan and a cheaper bill!! :)Thank you Coleman!!

My husband tried to surprise our family with some upgrades and needless to say it was a bit of a technical nightmare. :) We we’re back and forth at the store a few times and Coleman helped us out so much! He laid everything out for us and gave us all the best options and scenarios. He sat and helped transfer my teenage daughters and information so that nothing was lost. He even did his very best to keep my not so patient 5 year old patient on one of our trips in. He even offered to sit in hold with customer service at one point when we had already done so for quite some time. He took his time with us and never rushed us, he made us feel just as important as every other customer that walked in even though we were a lot of work! We will definitely bring our business here from now on and feel confident doing so. Thank you Coleman!!

Went to a few other stores to get my insurance phone transferred to my new phone and Coleman helped me get in and out within 20 minutes! When all other stores wouldnt help, this place saved the day. 10/10

Very poor service after you purchase.Does not explain pricing and you end up buying things you did not know the price of.There only answer to the problem is they have no staff. If you are a senior do not go to this store.

Best experience I've had at an AT&T store in a LONG time! They actually had 3 people working! I had the manager helping me and he was able to assist others with quick questions without affecting my service.

Went into the store to fix an order that was placed over the phone. I was greeted within minutes by the Manager and within the hour, we had contacted ATT directly and had my issues resolved. I recommend stopping here, every time!
