“I don’t even know where to begin. Calvin and family really came through for me.I bought a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie GT new in April of 2022. I got it home and really wanted to make it unique. The GT is a special edition package, so I really wanted to put my own style into it. I decided on a ReadyLIFT 3.5 inch suspension lift kit. A little more than a year later I started having problems. Then that turned into the control arm bushings completely failing with in a year of install. Breaking hard would send me almost off the road and/or whatever direction the truck wanted to go. It was bad and pretty dangerous. I contacted the shop that installed the kit (LineX in Arden Hills MN, NERVER EVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT A BED SPRAY. Absolutely terrible after market installers. They are should probably stay with spraying truck beds) The shop advised me they could sell me new control arms but wouldn’t be able to install them. They didn’t have anyone on their staff anymore that had the experience and the ability to replace the failed control arms. So, after doing some sole searching I remembered driving by a place off of HWY 65 when I would drive to see my sister in Isanti. It was 4Wheel parts and service. I called and talked to Calvin. He had so much knowledge about lift kits. I was blown away by what he knew about the 3.5 readyLift kits. The attention to detail when he explained what was happening to my truck with this kit blew me away. Everything he said made so much sense. I went back and started looking at online comments and reviews for the kit I bought from ReadyLIFT and was shocked to find several people had the same and even more significant problems like me. Calvin wanted to see the truck in person so off I went to the shop. Calvin gave me all the options and showed me specifically what was happening with the kit I had installed. That solidified to me that the ReadyLift kit was garbage. His shop wouldn’t even install that kit because of how bad it can ruin your truck. He gave me so much information on how lift kits work and how factory parts work with the kit installs.I decided on the BDS 4 inch true body lift for my truck. I scheduled the appointment and hoped for the best while I waited to get my truck in knowing that it could have more problems. Calvin and his team gave my truck the best face lift I’ve ever seen. It drives so much better than before. It handles bumps and potholes extremely well. It’s such a dramatic change I can’t believe its the same truck. I can’t be happier with the service and experience I received from 4Wheel parts and service.I’m a customer for life and will definitely let people know that if you need any kind of truck aftermarket service there is no place better then 4WHEEL PARTS AND SERVICE.Thank you so much Calvin and Family!”
