“These folks are awesome to work with. I was able to get my truck in to be looked at in a very timely fashion (I would have been able to get it in faster if I wasn't out of town!) and being able to arrange for a loaner vehicle was incredible. Even better than this though, they were thorough - found the issue and provided me with recommendations of services I'll need before we hit winter - and the prices were much more reasonable than I was expecting. Overall, I cannot recommend the North Country Tire & Service team enough!”

“I had a power steering line start leaking on my truck and needed to get it replaced before heading out to go camping this weekend. I called Journey and they happen to have availability on Friday. I scheduled it that day and dropped my truck off the night before. Got a call from them that afternoon informing me of the concerns and what I wanted to have them do. They agreed with what I would like them to do and in less than 2 hours later they had it ready for me. I was thrilled that they got it finished and now I'm camping and enjoying the fact that I could use my truck to pull the camper. Infact on the receipt they put down the suggest on a potential problem to keep an eye on it and what the cost would be to have them fix it. Good job Journey crew?”

“UPDATE: I originally gave them 4 stars because I was a new client and didn't know them that well. Fast forward 9 years: I'm still a client and l can now say FIVE STARS with confidence. Highly recommend. **** This was my first time here so give it 4 stars only because of my short history. I was pleased. That, combined with the recommendations they received (and my reason for choosing them), I'm sure it won't be long before they get 5 stars from me. Will use them a second time for sure.”

“The people at South Import Motors are the best of the best in terms of quality, service, and trust. I have gone to them with every car I've ever owned and never had a bad experience. I quite literally have towed my car from a different mechanic to South Import Motors because of how much I trust their service. 10/10 never a doubt. Thanks Sara and the whole South Import squad.”

“Once again, the team really came through for us with a car that just won't stop giving us trouble. What stands out most is how they handle it all — patient, kind, and genuinely easy to work with, even when the same problems keep popping up. The service is consistently excellent: fair pricing, quick turnaround, and real attention to detail. They stay upbeat and solutions-focused no matter how tricky the issue, backed by sharp diagnostic skills and a good sense of humor that makes the whole experience less stressful. Can't recommend them enough — this shop makes car troubles so much more manageable!”

“I called other shops in the area, and these guys were the only ones that said they could test my battery in a moments notice when my Jeep wouldn’t start. They were extremely polite, had a reasonable price, and had an extremely quick turnaround. I’m definitely going back.”

“I have trusted Hawkins for 10 years. As a former GM service technician and shop owner prior to leaving the industry, I am very particular about who services my vehicles. Between my wife and our kids we have had over a dozen cars in their shop through the years. I have never yet had a substandard repair or an unwarranted charge. I felt prompted to write this review while returning from Custer, SD in my 2013 Chevy 2500HD with 270,000 miles on it, towing a 6,000lb camper. I don’t think twice about using my truck hard knowing that it has been well cared for by men who are honest and well qualified. Highly recommend.”

“Incredibly honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I have brought my car in and walked away without paying a penny because they gave me advice of free or cheap things I could try before resorting to replacing entire parts. Thankful for this small business that has real integrity!!!!!”

“A heartfelt thank you to Jim and Scott at Cook Automotive! I’ve trusted them with my vehicles for many years and they’ve always been honest, hardworking and stand behind their work. They use quality parts and genuinely care about doing the job right. If you have an older or classic car, their dad Gordy is also a great person to know there’s a lot of experience and knowledge in this family! Thanks, guys, for always taking such good care of me and my friend’s vehicles. It’s great having a local shop I can truly trust! Rick”

“I drove 3.5 hours to have my VW worked on by Further, and I’m so glad I did! Incredible shop all around. Communication was great from start to finish, and they took the time to actually problem-solve an ongoing issue that other shops hadn’t been able to figure out. I couldn’t recommend them enough. And honestly, nothing was more comforting when bringing my car to a shop I’d never been to before than pulling up and seeing a parking lot full of VWs of all kinds. Immediately knew I brought it to the right place. Absolutely worth the drive!”

“Have had nothing but great service and feel lucky Lerum has been there for me for several years now. I have had two vehicles in the last few years that required fixes - Lerum helped me discern what was needed, unnecessary and what could wait. Explained processes for why and how things can be fixed. They have long term staff with experience , personalized customer service and are a local and family run business. They stand out for exceptional care, extremely fair pricing and honesty!!!”

“This winter my car blew two tires, so I had it hauled to All J's, where we were already getting seasonal rotation on our tires. They fixed that issue, but there was an unlikely complication in the repair. When I brought my car back, they owned the issue and reimbursed me the repair, making good on it. I ask you: how many other garages would have done the same? That kind of integrity makes All J's stand out, in my book.”
