“I had a power steering line start leaking on my truck and needed to get it replaced before heading out to go camping this weekend. I called Journey and they happen to have availability on Friday. I scheduled it that day and dropped my truck off the night before. Got a call from them that afternoon informing me of the concerns and what I wanted to have them do. They agreed with what I would like them to do and in less than 2 hours later they had it ready for me. I was thrilled that they got it finished and now I'm camping and enjoying the fact that I could use my truck to pull the camper. Infact on the receipt they put down the suggest on a potential problem to keep an eye on it and what the cost would be to have them fix it. Good job Journey crew?”

“The bumper on my vehicle was slightly knocked off from a hit and run and Brian was generous enough to take the time to remove the bumper and clip it back on. He did this free of charge when I stopped into the shop and it took about 15 minutes. I am so grateful because another quote I got would have been at least $1,000 to fix the bumper, but the damage didn't seem significant enough for it to be completely replaced. I highly recommend this repair shop!”

“I have trusted Hawkins for 10 years. As a former GM service technician and shop owner prior to leaving the industry, I am very particular about who services my vehicles. Between my wife and our kids we have had over a dozen cars in their shop through the years. I have never yet had a substandard repair or an unwarranted charge. I felt prompted to write this review while returning from Custer, SD in my 2013 Chevy 2500HD with 270,000 miles on it, towing a 6,000lb camper. I don’t think twice about using my truck hard knowing that it has been well cared for by men who are honest and well qualified. Highly recommend.”

“These folks are awesome to work with. I was able to get my truck in to be looked at in a very timely fashion (I would have been able to get it in faster if I wasn't out of town!) and being able to arrange for a loaner vehicle was incredible. Even better than this though, they were thorough - found the issue and provided me with recommendations of services I'll need before we hit winter - and the prices were much more reasonable than I was expecting. Overall, I cannot recommend the North Country Tire & Service team enough!”
