I’m used to “car guys” being condescending and acting like I’m a bother, but as soon as I pulled in the first man I saw (I think his name was Tim) helped me right away and seemed more than happy to help even though I’m sure I was interrupting him. What a nice outcome for a situation that could have otherwise been a day-ruiner.Service: Tires”

“I don’t give out many reviews, not because I don’t want to but more so because I have a gaggle of children to keep me busy. This place is AMAZING. They go above and beyond to help you out.First, they did my brakes on both my cars, which was at a totally reasonable price and jobs well done!Two months later, my wife calls me from the parking garage of MOA stating the van died. I call up these guys. They give me the name of a towing company who helps us get out of the parking garage and then tows it to their shop for a very reasonable price. They diagnose the issue and have it fixed same day. They replaced my alternator and serpentine belt for a completely reasonable price.I can’t say enough good things about these guys. When you find a good business, take the time to heap praise their way, and this is a GREAT business. Thankful for these guys.”

“This is my auto repair shop, 4 visits. They are very honest. The first visit was due to a front brake that physically broke. I thought both brakes should be replaced (like headlights etc.). They checked the other brake and it was fine; they did not replace it. Many other shops would say both should be repaired but Midwest said no. It's still fine years later.Last visit I needed complete suspension replaced and fix my cruise control. I told them I wanted them to check over the car as I wanted to drive it another 50K miles. They fixed the cruise. A sensor on the muffler caused engine light to go on and that disables cruise. They checked everything and did not appear to rack up repairs. My car hood didn't close right before that visit. It closes perfect now! They just replaced little rubber washers the hood slams down on. That's detail. Nice to have an auto repair place I can trust!”

“Fantastic experience. My water heater went out and I called our usual plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found company, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! “Visiting from MS I needed a minor repair to an uncarriage cover that was hanging half off. I pulled up and told him what was wrong. He pulled a vehicle out of the bay and pulled mine right in. Within minutes mine was back out of the bay and fixed. He said some plastic pins broke, but he got them fix. He charged $20 and I was set to go. Awesome service!”
