“Sierra is amazing. I had an engine light on and just wanted to make sure it was nothing serious and they discovered a repair needed to be done and a part needed to be ordered. It was about 4:15 pm. I asked if there was anyway we could get it taken care of that day. Sierra said they would try and order the part right away. Then, when it did not come in time, she went and picked it up herself! They stayed a bit late and I was out of there by 6:30pm Talk about amazing customer service! Worth every penny.”

You'd think they'd have direct competition with the auto shop *right next to them*, but if you see the interactions between the owners, they are extremely friendly and even help each other, and I deeply respect that. They're a black-owned family business, and many of their customers are black, so if you want to support local shops in that sense, this business is great. Their reception and general store is clean and nice-looking. You can tell that this shop is the pride of whoever owns it. I admire people who have respect for their work. They even hired someone above retirement age as a worker, which is rare for a business of this sort. My only complaint is that some of their repair methods are... unconventional. They *do* work, but they might not be something you see in a traditional dealership shop. And the owner, can get a bit loud haha”
