They are the only shop I’ve found that doesn’t assume, and they speak to me in ways I understand without being the least bit demeaning. I have never felt taken advantage of at this shop. Last time I came in they listened to my issue and took a look and recommended me to a shop down the street they thought could do the job in less time and less cost and they were correct. They even went as far as calling the other shop to let them know I was heading their way so they could get me back on the road quickly (and they did, within an hour).
